NLU Products uses UPS as our primary carrier for all orders.

FREE SHIPPING (within the United States only) on all orders of $19.98 and above.

Once you have added an item to your cart, you will see a real-time quote for all the available shipping services, delivery dates, and shipping costs to your destination for all orders except for free UPS Mail Innovations shipments.

The daily shipping cutoff is 2:30 PM MST Monday through Friday for all shipping services to be guaranteed same-day shipping. This allows for your order to be processed, packaged and readied to ship by the UPS pick-up deadline.

Orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back ordered items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. You can also split your order into partial shipments by sending us a Support Request or toll free at weekdays 8am-5.30pm ET. We do not bill until the day your order ships.

Shipping fees will be calculated once items have been added to your cart. International orders are subject applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping via UPS Mail Innovations may take up to 15 days for delivery. If you need an trackable, expedited shipping method, please choose one of our other shipping options.

International order shipped via UPS Mail Innovations will take up to 3 days for processing.

The tracking number provided in the order confirmation email for International UPS Mail Innovations shipments is solely used for package identification, not for tracking.

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
