This particular screen guard covers the entire front of the Chocolate, with cutouts for the ear-piece hole and round scroll wheel. I only wanted it to cover the rectangular area of the screen like the original screen protector that comes with the Chocolate 8550.
I don't like that it covers the whole front of the phone, but you might. Maybe the web page will be updated to say this by the time you read this.
Also, you need to know that the old 8500 model and the new 8550 model are slightly different dimensions, and if you get the wrong one, it will not fit quite right.
They sent me the wrong one by mistake. BUT, these folks are top-notch and they will take good care of you. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied, and offered me a choice to send me the right ones for the new 8550 (for free), or to refund my money.
Everybody makes a mistake every now and then, but not everybody takes care of their customers as well as these folks.
